Coaching Rightly

At Coaching Rightly, our objective is to provide a comprehensive and wide-ranging collection of resources for coaches to peruse, absorb, and apply to their daily practices.

These resources, which take the form of short videos, information sheets, and newsletters, are intended to communicate evidence-based scientific theories and concepts in a brief and easy-to-understand style across four primary areas:

Our Purpose

In providing these resources, we hope to give coaches an opportunity to be part of an educational environment that promotes self-directed learning about sports coaching concepts.

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, these resources are intended to help coaches build their knowledge and understanding of coaching and related sports science concepts to support personal development in the pursuit of Coaching Rightly.
